POLICIES
By booking an appointment at Dannielle Susan Hair Studio, you agree to the following policies. These policies are in place to protect both the client and the stylist.
BOOKING: Appointments can be made online, via text message or social media. No walk-ins. I currently do not take deposits but kindly ask clients to reschedule/cancel your booking as soon as possible.
PATCH TESTING: A patch test is legally required at least 48 hours before any colour, toner, or chemical service – even if you’ve had similar treatments elsewhere. If you decline a patch test, I can’t carry out the service. This is for your safety and is non-negotiable.
ARRIVALS: Please arrive on time. Early arrivals may need to wait. Clients more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule.
NO-SHOWS: Failure to attend without notice may require pre-payment for future bookings.
PAYMENTS: I accept cash, card and contactless payments. Full payment is due at the end of the service.
HEALTH & HYGIENE: I follow all UK government hygiene and health guidelines. All tools and stations are disinfected between clients. If you are unwell (cold, flu, COVID-19 symptoms, etc.), please reschedule your appointment for everyone’s safety.
CHILDREN & GUESTS: Please avoid bringing guests or children unless they have an appointment.
REFUND POLICY: Services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied, please notify me within 72 hours so I can offer a correction at no additional charge.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Please keep personal items with you. Dannielle Susan Hair is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY: Client information is kept confidential and used solely for appointments and service-related communication.
LIABILITY: Dannielle Susan Hair is not liable for any reactions or damage resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, past treatments, or aftercare negligence. You agree to follow the aftercare instructions provided. Failure to do so may affect the outcome of your service.
